• Product descriptions — We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of all devices. However, minor variations may occur, and we cannot guarantee that colours or details will be exactly as displayed on your screen.
• Pricing — All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Availability — All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.
• Device condition — Our devices are clearly labelled as new, refurbished, or pre-owned. Please review the condition description carefully before purchasing.

• Order confirmation — A purchase is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation message (SMS/WhatsApp/email) from us.
• Payment methods — We accept cash (in-store), M-Pesa, bank transfers, and mobile payment platforms. All payments must be made in full before the device is dispatched or collected.
• Payment security — We do not store your payment card details. All transactions are processed securely through trusted payment partners.
• Order changes — If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed or dispatched.

• Delivery timelines — Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, traffic, courier issues).
• Delivery charges — Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the delivery method chosen. These will be clearly displayed before you confirm your order.
• Risk of loss — Once the device is handed over to our courier partner, the risk of loss passes to you. However, we insure all devices during transit for their full value.
• In-store pickup — If you choose to collect your device from our store, please bring a valid ID and your order confirmation. Orders will be held for 7 business days.

• Warranty coverage — All devices come with a warranty against manufacturing defects and hardware failures. The warranty period varies by device and will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
• Returns — If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the device within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, provided it is in its original condition with all accessories.
• Warranty claims — For warranty issues, please bring the device to our store or contact us. We will diagnose the issue and, if covered, repair or replace the device at no cost to you.
• Exclusions — The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, water damage, unauthorised repairs, or normal wear and tear.

• All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Gshoppe Kenya and is protected by copyright laws.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without our prior written consent.
• All brand names, product names, and logos displayed on our site are trademarks of their respective owners. Their use does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
