Realme C51 was officially announced in July 2023 alongside Realme C53, Realme 11, Realme 11G and Realme Pad 2. Pre Orders began on 24 July 2023 and the devices were made available on August 2023. It landed in Kenya in September 2023. The Realme C51 succeeds the Realme C31 as the top new Realme flagship. Realme C51 is available at City hub at Ksh.22,000 for the 128GB + 4GB RAM.
The Realme C51 is an Android smartphone that offers budget-friendly that features a 6.74-inch HD+ IPS LCD screen display with a 90Hz refresh rate. It runs on the Unisoc Tiger T612 chipset with Mali-G57, 4GB of RAM, and 64/128GB storage. It is designed with glass front, plastic frame, and plastic back.
It has a single rear camera of 50MP main camera (f/1.8, PDAF) assisted by an auxiliary lens (0.08 MP, f/3.0). And a front camera of 5 MP (f/2.2, wide) for selfies. The phone relies on Realme UI T Edition and Android 13 OS for seamless internal operations. The phone is powered by a 5000 mAh battery with 33w fast charging.
The Realme C51 strikes a balance between affordability and functionality. It is available in Mint Green and Carbon Black colors.
